NOVICE

REQUIRED

• Competition Swimsuit, FINA approved (brand, color and pattern of your choice)
• GIRLS: One-Piece ONLY (NO two-piece suits or "tank-inis")
• BOYS: Jammers or briefs (NO board shorts, swim trunks or "basketball" shorts)
• Swim Cap (latex or silicone; brand, color/pattern of your choice) *Required for Girls and Boys
• Competition-level Goggles. No face masks that also cover the nose.
• Kickboard
• Shoes or Flip-Flops
• Water Bottle (filled)

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

• Mesh bag or other gear bag
• Towel
• Warm-ups or other outer clothing
• Swim Parka
• Knit cap or beanie during cool/cold weather to keep wet heads warm after practice

AGE-GROUPS (all groups)

• Same as above, plus:
• Pull-Buoy 

SENNIOR/SENIOR FLEX

• Same as Age-group, plus:
• Training Snorkel 
• Fins 

ALL CCSC swimmers competing in swim meets with CCSC MUST wear the REQUIRED TEAM Competition Suit and TEAM Cap. *CHS Swim Team-Swimmers are exempt from the CCSC Team Suit requirement, but must wear the CCSC Team Cap.

REQUIRED

• TEAM Competition Suit: ​TYR Durafast Solid (Black) with CCSC logo. Available ONLY at the CCSC Swim Shop
• CCSC will announce team suit fitting days, so an appropriate suit size can be ordered.
• The use of "tech-suits" require approval from the CCSC Head Coach.
• ​USA-Swimming does not allow tech-suits for 12 and Under swimmers. 
• TEAM Swim Cap – provided
• Competition-level goggles

• Flip-flops or other on-deck footwear
