CCSC embraces positive motivation and the teaching of proper stroke techniques, as well as overall health, and physical fitness. We are committed to provide a safe and supportive environment for our swimmers. CCSC promotes an atmosphere of high moral and ethical standards, encouraging sportsmanship and personal growth at every level.

All CCSC coaches are certified through USA Swimming and have access to the most comprehensive training for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. This provides assurance that the time children spend with CCSC is quality time.

The vision of Cavern City Swim Club is to promote and encourage the sport of competitive swimming for children in our community. We have set policies and standards to ensure the successful growth and longevity of our program so that children now and in the future will benefit from CCSC and have the opportunity to enjoy competitive swimming in Carlsbad. Cavern City Swim Club will continue to build and sustain a close relationship with the High School swim team; actively participate in our Local Swim Conference (LSC), and our parent-organization, USA-Swimming; and maintain Safe Sport and Club Recognition to ensure professionalism and best-practices are followed for safe, healthy and fiscally responsible club management and development.
